Instructions:
- Prepare the Stir-Fry Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Beef:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet in a single layer. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

- Add the sliced red bell pepper, thinly sliced onion, and sliced Thai bird’s eye chilies to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Combine Everything:
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the stir-fried vegetables.
- Pour the prepared stir-fry sauce over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
- Stir well to coat everything evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve:
- Serve the sliced beef, broccoli, mushroom, and Thai stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves for added flavour and presentation.
