- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sourdough slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chopped basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
